I just ordered the Ninjago Golden Dragon for $31.96 - 5 = $26.96, which works out to be 32.6% off. (Yes the "february2013" coupon code does work.

I went to two different Chapters today.. the first one didnt have any of the SW polybags out.. I asked the lady in the kids dept as I was buying a bunch of the new SW sets, and she said, oh yeah, we're holding that for a promo next week. I said oh.. but then she let me BUY one, because I was buying so mny other sets! Lol

Given the usual blurred lines of communication between head offices and stores that often leads to YMMV when adhering to sales etc.. I stopped buy a second store, and they had like 100 of the polybags all there for sale! (Kennedy Commons store in Scarborough)

2012 to 2013 "Great Vehicle" sets were one of the best line of product at reasonable price from City theme. I was done with 2012 city vehicles from Zeller closing sale except Dirt Bike Transporter(I am still on the fence). For Chapters' sale, you may buy some CMF to fill the gap.
