Price match + coupon goodness at Target

So, I've been trying to track down 79010 The Goblin King Battle at my local Target store, as it's on sale for $85.50 on Target.com and I had a couple of in-store coupons.

My local Target didn't have it (although the app indicated it was in stock there) - we even searched by DPCI and got no results. In any case, I had ($10 off $75 purchase and $10 GC with $50 purchase) coupons.

I price matched (from Target.com - Amazon would have worked too) 9472 Attack on Weathertop for $42.75 and 9471 Uruk-Hai Army for $23.75 and picked up 79000 Riddles for the Ring for $9.49. I then used both coupons. The total (after the Red Card discount) came to $67.11 (including tax) for $100 MSRP (plus tax). Plus I received a $10 GC for future use.

Not too bad!

No, sorry, it was an in-store only coupon that came on the back of a mailing. It was a larger ad - multiple pages and just came a few days ago.

Thanks for the information. Perhaps I can hunt that ad down. I did something similar as well this Wednesday as I had Target price match Amazon on the Indiana Jones box set at $40, used the Target coupon $10 for the box set and then bought the UP blu ray to get the $10 gift card for spending $50. Target has been good to me this holiday.
