Patrick writes in to inform us that Groupon currently has a deal where for $10, you can get $20 worth of Toys, Games, Electronics, and Kids’ Clothing at Toys R Us. The voucher can be redeemed starting November 23 at 5pm until December 24.

As someone else pointed out in the TRU black friday thread, you need to be careful of the exclusions!

Limit 1 per person. In-store only. Not valid outside USA. Not valid until 11/23/12 at 5PM. Not valid toward Buyer Protection Plan, gift cards (including those for digital content), photo studios, phone orders, special orders, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, or shipping & handling. Not valid with any other "R"Us total transaction offer or on prior purchases. Void where prohibited. Valid only on a purchase of $20 or more. Refunds only for store credit in form of a Toys"R"Us Merchandise Return Gift Card. Coupon prorated among eligible items purchased.

So it apparently would not work with either the 20% total regular priced order because it is a total transaction offer. It should work if it is just a 20% off one item coupon or a BOGO deal.

It worked for me with the 20% coupon I had in my email... I thought that was a 20% transaction coupon but maybe it was a 20% item coupon. Both the cashier and I were surprised that it worked.

It does work well on Legos priced around $20. Best deal for me is the City trucks at $21.99 normal price. Gives me almost %50 each item. I bought one, wife bought one and have been "gifted" two more. Finished the collection off for $44 instead of $88
