Hobbit sets at Fred Meyer

Just went to my local Fred Meyer and they have all the new Hobbit sets in stock.

Set 79010 The Goblin King Battle was listed at $89.99 they also have a 10% off coupon going right now.

Found them all at my local Fred Meyer as well. But I didn't see the $10 off coupon. I only found a 10% off coupon in the toy book and the general merchandise ads.

I was in the Monroe Fred Meyer on Sunday and they didn't have any in stock. Though a co-worker did spot some of them in the Lynnwood store off of 196th.

*Update* Fred Meyer in Bellevue off 148th has the Riddles in the Dark for 9.99 and Escape from Mirkwood for 29.99. Right now there is a 10% coupon off toys in their in store flyer.

The Fred Meyer in east Redmond and the one in Issaquah did not have them yet.

Just got a VIP only catalog that specifies that the new Hobbit sets will be released Nov. 27th ( my b-day)!!!!!

Went to my local freddys today (corvallis). They had Riddles for the Ring, Wargs Attack and the Spider Set.

I grabbed a riddles for the ring for $8.99 with the 10% coupon. I tend to buy the smaller sets early and figure my savings will only be a couple bucks more even if I waited for a better deal. The warg set and the spider set will both wait for a larger discount.

I also got my elrond minifig today and started playing some lego lotr on xbox. Today was a good day...I didn't even have to use my...

Though the 10% 3-day coupon expired today, Fred Meyers will do price matching if you bring in a advertisement from another store. Though I was told they will not price match price clubs such as COSTCO, they did price match Toys R Us advertised 25% off selected Lego Sets (selected sets were named in the printed advertisement).

Recommend first stopping at the Customer Service desk before shopping to confirm that the advertisement you bring in will be price matched.

On a side note of what was mentioned above. Every other week Fred Meyer runs the 10% off "housewares" coupon...it includes toys. Less frequently you find a toy or lego specific coupon...and you can stack the 2. The 10% off coupon is almost a given.

If there is no 10% coupon when you are there wait a few days and it will be back.

Must be why Kmart pulled them off their website as well. Someone said Walmarts put them out now.

that Warg set looks cool, at first i wasnt too excited about it, but its growing on me. I checked my local fred meyer and i saw the tag for the warg set ($49.99) but there were none out. I didnt check yesterday, i wonder if those sold out already...or maybe they hadnt put them out yet.
