My Lego Costume

Post by legonmb » Sun Oct 28, 2012 5:46 pm

This was my first stab at making a lego minifigure costume. Did not get the legs done in time for the weekends's festivities.
You can also check out my son's LLoyd (green ninja) costume. My wife is still working on it but it is almost done:) My son loves it.

I am going to try and get a little more detailed next time. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Love it! Mind giving us a short tutorial with a list of materials? I'd love to make one next year. :)

Thanks!
I would be more than happy to. I will type it up shortly and post it. I didn't take enough pictures during the build but I will on the next one. I think I can explain it well enough though.

The head you made is very good! I've seen several attempts at a Minifig costume, and the head you've made is one of the best I've seen.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.
