I got the flyer in the mail today.
Hero Factory, Star Wars, Duplo, and City are all 20 % off the week starting October 7th. This would be a good time to pick up the big mining set if it is MSRP.

I wrote a reply last night and then I couldn't get it to post...
I scoured the ad looking for the fine printand couldn't really find anything BUT the advertisement for Lego states: "Find more sets online + FREE SHIPPING." Not sure if there is a threshold to meet first but that's all it says.
Good luck.

lackluster.
btw, guys - i think you should keep monitoring walmart.com. the online exclusives are going for absurd prices. town hall for $121, fire brigade for $108, even UCS DS for $290. keep refreshing and if you can, submit lower price report to amazon and wait for a price match there.
crazy prices, b4 BF even. i think walmart is estimating that the economy is the dump and wanted to have a leg's up on competitors this season.
slickdeal has been reporting these prices already, so it's now a battle between resellers on who can get the limited available stock first!

Evil evil resellers.

I just want 1 of each set I like. Then I'll back away slowly.

Some Star Wars sets are priced crazily cheap. Amazon hasn't price match yet so I will let you all decide whether to jump in now or wait for amazon to pm.
Darth maul sith for $39.20
Ucs r2d2 for 143.99 but out of stock currently.
Jabba palace $96
Anakin and sebulba pod racer $56
Darth maul and the pod racers are the cheapest yet apart from clearance deals. I would jump on them if you haven't yet gotten them.

Also a rare opportunity to get 3661 City Bank and Money Transfer for below MSRP - usually $50, with sale plus red card that makes it $38, if you have a friend or family who's an employee you could then get it for $35.

This sale is closed to Black Friday sale. I couldn't resist to place an order for 10224, 7937, 7938, 9494, 4431. Saved $276(after tax) comparing to purchase at Canadian MSRP.
I guessed Town Hall has been categorized into "City" instead of "Creator" series, so 20% off has been shown up. On the other hand, Anakin's Jedi Interceptor is exclusive to Target, and we could only look for discount on this box set from this retail. I believe this is the best deal for this item since it has been released.

First good deal on the Gungan Sub.
They had one left - perfect box - but of course the seals had been cut and taped over. It was very clear tape but you could see where the black on the Lego seal was ripped
Got the manager and showed it to him so no one would get stuck with this and he was not amused. On the plus side, he did take it away. I pointed out tampered seals at Walmart one time and the manager just put it back on the shelf and walked away.

20% off just doesn't do it for me. With all of the deep discounts going on lately this sale is, frankly, not much of a sale.

Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

You guys yawn, but Anakin jumped on the price match at Amazon for the Train Station after it sold out on Target.com ;)
20% off plus the 5 off $50 online coupon makes it pretty good. Plus target participates in most cash back sites making it a better deal on similarly priced items even after tax. I don't even have a red card for the additional 5% off....you could effectively make it 35% off or more stacking the discounts...and many items are listed below retail to being with....
