Overview
This is a promotional polybag set that was available from Target during the Valentine’s season. I’m a little late with this review, but hopefully you can find them still on clearance! Just in time for Valentine's Day it comes with a mailbox (to mail your sweetie a Valentine card) and a stand that sells overpriced Valentine's flowers and chocolates. The Friends live in Heartlake City so the heart on the front is very appropriate.

You end up with 5 spare parts.

The Build
The build was very easy and quick. The shelf for the chocolates is tilted on a hinge, which is a nice feature. The spare parts are shown below the set.

Final thoughts
I think this is a great little set and it comes with the Stephanie minidoll. You get some nice pieces, including the tile “letter”, mailbox pieces, pink cheese slopes, pink flowers (these are much nicer than the flowers that come 4 together, they were used in the Winter Bakery set as well as cupcake frosting), and the pieces that make up the heart. It really is a nice addition to the other Friends sets. I think that $3.99 is a fair price for this polybag, but it is even more reasonable at 50% off, if you are able to locate them on clearance.

This was a tough set to find. My three closest Targets did not have these (checked seasonal and not even a tag). They didn't even stock City assorted polybags for Valentine's Day that did have a tag.

Luckily, I was on vacation a few weeks ago and an Orange County, CA Target had whole bin full in seasonal.

Wish it had some purple, but otherwise a good polybag. My only minus on this set is the availability. Target sometimes does not stock their exclusives at all stores 15% of the time (this usually a problem with Hasbro). But they are generally better than the closest Walmarts since they skip 75% of their exclusives (mostly with Hasbro again). And I live in a pretty dense area with loads of shoppers and most things get sold out before clearance strikes.
