Returns / Replacements for Amazon France LEGO

Hi,

Anyone go through the experience of getting a replacement or a return/refund for an item ordered from Amazon.fr ?

One of my orders finally arrives and it is in * poor condition, box crushed, water damaged.

Amazon.fr works the same way as the other Amazon countries. Their site claims that you have to pay for shipping back. If its an error on their part, then shipping fees will be refunded back.

Thanks, my french is rusty and just couldn't navigate the whole site. Used the google translate and that helped. This is carrier damage so see what they say, the US and Canada Amazon mention the same thing you mentioned, so looks like it is consistent. At least my GE arrived in nice shape for XMAS.

Lol, French is our official language. I still remember that they force you to learn French till grade 8 or something.
