I picked this up on sale at Walmart. I didn't need another plane but price was right. :)
DESCRIPTION:

THE BOX:

INSIDE THE BOX:
Inside the box contains 4 numbered plastic bags of parts, 1 sticker sheet, and 2 instruction bookets.
THE BUILD:
Lets start with bag 1 and booklet 1.
They build the tow truck and spinning radar tower. The truck and tower don't look bad.
The rest of the bags and booklet 2 build the plane.
The plane can comfortably sit 6 passengers.
Not much in extra pieces.

Playability: 8/10 (you can swish it, tow it, load up with passengers)
Design: 7/10 (the colours are good)
Price: 7/10 (better if you can get it on sale)
Parts: 7/10 (some juniorized plane parts, the radar could be used as part of a snowplow MOC.)
Mini-figures: 7/10 (typical City figs)
Overall: 7/10
Safety tip. Don't stand in front of the engines like the guy in the above photo.
