Lego 10184 Town Plan - looking for # of bags

I came across this set where the seals may have been compromised due to storage. Understanding there is some pretty good value to the set I am trying to make sure I have all the bags without counting the pieces.

The pieces come in numbered bags, 1 through 4, that correspond with sections. I need to know how many of each bag comes with each section.

I have counted 10 bags for section 1, 5 bags for section 2, 10 bags for section 3 and 8 bags for section 4 and one bag not numbered, which all equals 34 bags.

Also plates, one thicker plate, instructions and stickers.

I have found written on the internet that there is 35 bags, but my physical calculations say 34 bags. Maybe the thick grey plate is considered a bag?

Just looked again and found another plastic bag inside a plasitc bag, that makes 35.
