When does LEGOLAND Florida open?

Does anyone know when LEGOLAND Florida opens?

I know it's supposed to be sometime in October, but was looking for a more specific date.

They should have been open already. The date keeps getting pushed back. I am hoping they will offer some discounts for FL residents!

Most likely be able to get a season pass like at the other parks. You can't rush a masterpiece, LEGO Rome wasn't built in a day. :)

To answer my own Q., the park opens October 15... which also happens to be the day I'll be leaving. :(
