6813 Galactic Chief is a Space Police II set (there have been three lines of Space Police sets-the first was 1989, the second was 1992-1993 (special release in 1999), and the most recent is 2009-2010). For more information, go here.
The 6813 Galactic Chief was released in 1993, at US $3.00, containing 24 parts and one Minifigure. The set was the third smallest in the line (technically it's the fifth smallest, but there were two duplicate re-releases of the second smallest set).

The set is of a simple build. It has an angular shape, growing larger in the back. There are two thrusters/lasers, and a fin on top. There is a small windscreen that would seem ineffective at preventing things from hitting the pilot. When it comes to parts, the set has no really rare parts. It has one printed part, and a SNOT brick (with tubes). The rest is a bunch of relatively common parts.
The Minifigure in the set is small and ordinary, but still quite decent. It has an odd face, looking a bit surprised. The orange hair has never looked great on Minifigures, unfortunately. It has a black helmet and rare-is trans green visor. It also has a red epaulet.
Overall-I don't have a rating score for this set, because I really can't think of one that fits it. It has decent parts, but not a lot. It costs 12.5 cents per part, so it's not a great deal, although it does contain a Minifigure. The set could be better, but it's small-what do you expect?
