Did anyone else preorder from Target and receive a message stating that the shipment would be delayed?

My message stated that the new Estimated Delivery Date is 10/12/2016 - 10/30/2016.

Just curious how many others experienced shipping delays. I ordered both Adventure Time items (Level pack and Team pack), the A-Team fun pack and the Harry Potter Team pack on August 14th.

I could cancel and buy in store somewhere else but I would lose the discounted price. If I remember correctly they were 30%-40% off. I noticed that my local Meijers had them in stock at retail price yesterday (Tuesday Sept 27th)
