In addition to the Ultra Agents sets someone else mentioned, TRU is also doing 20% off LEGO Movie sets today and tomorrow (believe this is true in-store as well). Many of them are already on clearance, so the savings are significant. Examples:

Nice, I don't have any of these sets, but I wish I had a good excuse to go to tru, it's much easier to need to go pick up something at target and happen to find toys in sale :)

Picked up 53 CMFs between 3 TRUs and 1 Target, only one TRU had any, when I went to buy them the manager stopped me and only let me buy twenty :(

Target is price matching, friendly manager overrode the 4 match policy because they were low dollar, I suggest trying this if your TRUs are sold out.

Bought two of the 70809 sets, msrp is $70 each so 2 would be $140 plus tax, I got 2 for $90 plus tax, now, $10 gift card (last day is today) with a $75 purchase- I was given coupon for that at the door, another thing - with $30 or $40 Lego construction purchase u get free polybag, cashier offered two to choose from- ninjago or SW c3po, I took c3po. So at the end, after I sell the polybag on eBay for what, like $10-$15, I will end up with price of each 70809 of about $35, not bad, not bad at all.....too bad it snowed like crazy today, I would have visited more tru locations.
