The front of the box shows the truck and trailer, the command station and the quad. There is also a funny picture that indicates the truck and trailer are 37cm longs, which is funny because the official Description says 36 cm.
The back of the box shows the 4 parts that make this build and their separate bags. It also shows close ups of the various builds of this set.
There are 2 Instructions booklets. The smaller one of the two contains instructions for the command station and the quad. The Second book contains the instructions for the truck and trailer.
Here is a random page of the instructions. At times it is easy to overlook a piece.
The set also comes with a set of bilingual stickers (English and German). It's a rather big sticker sheet, however only about half of them are used.

The set also comes with some nicely printed pieces, however they kind of look the same as the ones that came with the police center I head 25 years ago.
There are also some nice white pieces in this set, along with some pretty long 16 stud bricks/plates.
Here are the 4 minifigures that come with the set. The crook has a very funny facial expression. The cop uniforms are pretty cool.
The backs are pretty much empty.
Here are the accessories that the minifigures have. The helmet and hats look very similar to the ones that came with my police station 25 years ago.

Here's the whole set. The only thing not shown in this picture is the two yellow 2x4's that make up the stand for the trailer.
Here is a detailed shot of the 'motorcycle' cop on his quad. I had to twist the poor fellows hands around to get him to hold onto the steering wheel.
Now let's take a look at the main build of the set. I was a little bit dissapointed that the entire trailer is build on one chassis plate.
Now let's open up the doors to reveal the inside. I am not sure what the fron area is for, I am assuming it is for storage. The main compartment contains 2 cops and their computers. The compartment in the back is the jail.
The truck itself is a tid bit too small for the minifigs, however one fits in it, but he won't be able to watch out of the window very well.
The back of the cab is one large sideways build.
When the trailer is unhitched you can see the hitching mechanism. It's rather simple by design, yet effective :)
Here is a more detailed view of the trailer with the doors open. I took the jail out all the way, which creates a nice 'hole'. The cops are still busily typing on their computers in the main compartment.
The crook has been told to walk to the jail and he decides that it's in his best interest to walk into it. Now the cops have to haul the entire jail back into the rear end of the truck.
Both sides of the mobile command center open up creating a nice breeze to keep them cool. Here you also see how the trailer can sit on the yellow stand instead of the trailer.
The last item to look at is the control room, it has two floors and a gate lift
On the roof of the control room you can find a camera, a satellite and an antenna.
If we take a look at the open back we can see the rather spartan inside. There are two more computer screens and a cup of a coffee. one of the cups must have already finished the donuts.
CONCLUSION
This makes for a very interesting set. The large variety of structures and vehicles kept my son busy for quite some time. He was also very interested in all the moving parts (ie the doors on the trailer, the gate, the satellite and the camera, etc). The truck and quad would look good in a city setup, however the control room seems to be a little bit too small, it might make for a nice guard house. This set seems to have everything, some interesting pieces, some cool minifigures, buildings, vehicles and lots of moving parts to play with. The only negative I can think of are the fact that you have to remove the roof from the cab to put the driver in. This however is compensated by the 9 cents/piece price point. Overall I am going to give this set a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this set to anyone who has kids playing along as this set has a very high play value!
