Costco Canada - Grand Prix Racer 42000 - $99.99

I was at the Willingdon Costco in Burnaby today and they had a whole lot of stock of the Grand Prix Racer for $99.99. Quite a bit better than the costco.ca price of $119.99. They also had 2 different 3-packs of Microfighters for $29.99. Had a couple Friends sets too, which I don't recall seeing there before, but unfortunately I can't remember what they were.

$99.99 is also 33% off the Canadian retail price, which is pretty good. I also spotted Police Station 60047 at 89.99 -- 25% off msrp but a less interesting set to me.

There's been some reports that this item has come down to $69.97. I checked today and Richmond Hill location still had at least 25 that they brought in probably over the weekend or last friday but still at $99. Does Costco ever do any kind of price adjustment?

I just checked Willingdon Costco in Burnaby and they had no Lego left. When they had the Grand Prix Racer at $100 it flew off the shelf.

Decided to check out another Costco in Winnipeg and they had about a dozen left at $69.97. I haven't even considered this theme or set but this seems like a good deal for almost 1200 pieces. i did pick up two of them! Other than that the only other Lego was a few of the $59 star Wars sets left but still originally priced.

Not a problem. Just so there's no confusion, the voided $59.99 item was a Star Wars set I had scanned but it still scanned at full price. I purchased 3- 42000's in total, 2 for myself and one for my nephew's Christmas gift. I'm thinking this might by EOL soon for this set. I don't see why Costco wouldn't match it, but good luck!

It was 69.99 at Costco in Sherwood Park, Alberta a few days ago.
