Same here man... I've got lots of VIP points and want to get that Frigate :) Gonna crack on the HH or the Horizon Express. Hey, does anybody know if VIP points earned in Canada can be redeemed in the US stores? Its probably been addressed before somewhere. given the 20% price increase it might be worth the drive to Rochester :)
Yeah someone said in another thread they've redeemed their points in the states.

Yep, never had a problem using my points cross-border.
LEGO, it's not just a toy, it's an addiction... ;)

Yeah, the normal drop off (The deck box in the picture, was full.) I've got security camera's covering the driveway and the front door. I'm on a quiet street with mostly retired people.
The square tubes were Lego Minifig display cases
There's a QuinJet, Hulk'sT Helicarrier Breakout, a couple Techno sets (pull back car racers), The Apple House A couple LEGO Storage cases, Creator Highway Speedster, City Car & Caravan, K'Nex Atomic Coaster, Creator Seaside House, Creator Fierce Flyer, 4 Grey large base plates and lots of packing bubbles.
I took advantage of the Plum Bonus and made many small purchases. Already had 17,000 points deposited. Everything was for my kids. For myself. I'm planning on the bridge and the VW Van.

newsite code is no active but tried the march2013 code and it works (but unfortunately on non-20% discount sets only - stacking not working).

They adjusted that since too many people took advantage of the stacking. Sadly for some of us, that would mean one less retailer to shop from. Barns N Noble was first and now this.

Picked up a Fire Car polybag at my local Chapters and got 20% off ($1) off. Most of the star wars and city items were 20% off. Just wondering if the discount was applied to the polybag, maybe it'll apply to Minifigs?

Mini figure series is part of their 20% promotion until end of the month, I believe we stated that on here in another thread.

I just received my order from Indigo. 2 x Battle of Helm's Deep. One box is scratched up and has large strips of packing tape on the front and the back, and the other box is mint except that one of the seals on the box is crooked and looks a little loose. It's hard to tell if these boxes were previously opened/robbed...
Can you guys please tell me what I should do about these?

Of course, there's the simple method : buy 2 at your local TRU and get a refund with the 2 from chapters. Just make sure that they all have the same UPC code

My suggestion is to contact Chapters\Indigo customer service and ask them to replace the order. But why do you want to do that in the first place? You wanted mint boxes for collection purpose?

The old switch a roo trick works if the boxes are not that beat up or really look fishy, people can still try it if they do not mind the CSRs looking at you like you are the one that opened/robbed it in the first place.

I doubt if TRU will accept the return if the boxes were in these conditions.

Actually after inspecting the boxes, I think they should be ok. I guess I was just expecting brand new boxes from Indigo, but sometimes these things happen. And they are not for me, they are for investment purposes. I could always open the boxes to check the contents, but I do want them to be sealed still and I don't expect to sell them for a few months.
btw its $203 at TRU including tax and it was $135 at Chapters including tax.

Did anyone receive an airmiles promotion email for indigo?
They have available codes between 10-20% off plus 3x airmiles. I got 10% off only so if anyone got the 20% code and is not planning on using it, I would like to use it. thanks
