Minifig images have surfaced. I stumbled across them at lego.wikia.com, but apparently, they came from eBay listings.

I hate the color of olive green.

They look fine, nothing special, I rather have AC aliens back.

They're already in the "just found" topic but I figured I'd throw them in here, as well:

Loving the fact that we'll be getting this helmet in a rainbow of fruit flavors. Those robots look pretty hardcore. Not sure what to think of the squad member's torso prints...hard to see, but doesn't look like anything too special. While I'm disappointed at the lack of CS logos (which is not all that surprising) this looks like the spaciest space theme we've seen from LEGO in a while. I"m excited to see the rest of the line.

As much as I wanted Galaxy Patrol Armor, I do really like the looks of these.
The robots are interesting.

I HATE the human Space ships, HATE them. Hate is a strong word, and it doesn't come close to how much I can't stand them. Who at Lego thought "Mars Mission is a good theme to follow" needs to be fired right now. It's also a $100 set and it doesn't look like it should be at all.

However that alien little thing is nice, but the robot's head bugs me. Is it one piece or a helment over a head?

It's $70, not $100. That $99.99 price is at a TRU in Canada.

Anyway, I noticed some stuff based on the original size of the images... while the box branding has the 'Galaxy Squad' logotype, it appears there is also a distinct emblem for the Squad. The logotype displays a spaceship-type vehicle splitting into two vehicles at the end:

Image

The emblem also has the same 'split' spaceship design in a vertical orientation, but with a pair of stylized wings extending from either side:

Image

The 'Bug Obliterator' box actually shows how the flying portion and the rolling portion can combine into one vehicle in the upper right-hand corner, so it appears this 'splitting up' action is part of the theme.

It also looks like each team in the Squad has its own emblem - if you go to the pics on flickr and select 'view all sizes', then the largest one, take a look at the picture of the minifigures in the lower right-hand corner of the box. The 'blue team' has a circular emblem that looks something like a scope crosshairs and the orange team has one that looks like a lightning bolt.

That's good. I still hate the human vehicles but at least it's cheaper.

I can't wait to see some of the bigger alien sets.

Here it is, the holy grail. I went back and purchase set 70700 and low and behold inside the instructions was the pictures of all the sets. I've also uploaded tonnes of pictures of the complete set and Minifigures of 70700 and More pictures of the Box art for 70705 so check out my Flickr.

Oh thank god they aren't all orange!

Love the tank / mech carrier set, very nice. I don't like the return of Power Rangers, but if it means that the human sets won't all look like Mars Mission sets then I'm happy. :)

Well, the shortcut link they have on the packaging, lego.com/galaxysquad just goes to their "404 no found" page, but the probable subdomain, galaxysquad.lego.com redirects to the LEGO.com homepage.
