Well, this pisses me off. It turns out they had already sent my second order of four items, but three of those items were out of stock and were removed from my order. So, instead of getting a BOGO, I basically paid full price for a single item that I probably would not have bought otherwise. What a rip.

I just sent customer service an e-mail; let's see what happens.

I placed 3 orders:
2x fountain and 2x Isla de la Muerta

This order arrived today, I have not (yet) received a refund for the other 2 orders.

My order for the Black Pearls have been cancelled as well. Thats the bad news, but good news is I'm now forced to save some of my money.

put in three orders in the following order
QAR/BP - cancelled
Earth dragon defense x 2 - cancelled
10 spinners (various) - 7 out of 10 are being shipped

compared to the previous post re getting ripped with no freebie, I lucked out at the opposite end of the spectrum as they only charged me for 3 spinners. Out of the 5 designated full price and 5 designed free spinners, they cancelled two full price and one free one, thereby resulting in a free designated spinner when they could have charged full price for that odd seventh one. They also honored the free shipping as the total ended up less than $39 with the removals.

Got all the paypal refunds today.
