Been trying to find a Clone Turbo Tank at 50% off for weeks. Always 30% off. As of yesterday, I can't find any.markerpk wrote:In my recent experience, any new clearance stuff in Target is usually just mixed in with the usual stuff on shelf. A week ago, I found 2 SW Turbo Tanks on the Lego aisle. They had a clearance tag on the shelf and stickers on the box showing the new price. I got lucky and they were 50% off.LeonNLegos wrote:OCTICK.
Care to share where you got the Gen Grievous for $25? I only want the figure but for that price I will pick one up. Also I tend to go to Targets and look for the clearance aisle. Most of them no longer have these aisles. Did you find the Grievious with other SW? or in the clearance aisle. Thanks.

You guys are all lucky. At my Target, either the renovations or SOMETHING seem to be delaying the markdown process. The only POTC set that was put for clearance was Whitecap Bay - all the other POTCs, as well as Alien Conquest, are regular price - AND most Star Wars sets are too! Turbo Tank, etc.

My two targets have nothing. Move along, nothing to see here.

I think you meant to say "These aren't the prices your are looking for, move along"slacker wrote:My two targets have nothing. Move along, nothing to see here.
haven't seen anything in Target on Clearance in about a month, After the limited edition Atlantis was gone it was over for them, they do now have a $5 coupon on their site for any Star Wars Toy over $19.99.
Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
Sorry I didn't reply sooner. It was in Orange, and it appeared out of nowhere. It was in the normal aisle without a clearance sticker. Anyone that i have seen on clearance has not had a sticker.LeonNLegos wrote:OCTICK.

DCPI = 204-00-0863
I use this website but it isn't always accurate.
http://sd.site88.net/t.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also when at the Target punch in DCPI numbers in stores price checker to see price and inventory.

Just went to Target and and they had set 3367 City Space Shuttle for $14 (50% off), I passed i was hoping to find a Sw set like the T-6 or Grevious on clearance. Did however pick up 30071 toy story army man polybag for $1.99 (50% off), so cheap for a different minifig i couldn't say no.

Not exactly clearance but I did find a SW Republic Frigate for $83.98. I double checked with the price scanner, but it rang up full price. I talked to an employee and I was able to get it at the "shelf" price and was told it was just a wrong tag. My good luck though!

I haven't seen any of the Republic Frigates on sale at all around here. The Turbo Tanks were eventually discounted at all the Targets, but Frigates I have not seen change price anywhere. Oddly, Now that all the Turbo Tanks are gone, all the stores here seem to have gotten in more Frigates. I thought that those were soon to be discontinued too. Hoping that Target and Walmart will clearance more Lego in March (if not sooner) and that the Frigate will go to 50%.

Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
Target near me had the Toy Story Army Man polybag for $1.19, all others at regular price except one Atlantis 30040 was $1.19 also. That's 70% off, maybe 90% will be next! = $.39.maesterjay wrote:Just went to Target and and they had set 3367 City Space Shuttle for $14 (50% off), I passed i was hoping to find a Sw set like the T-6 or Grevious on clearance. We got those too. Kind of rare to still find them though so I wouldn't hesitate too much and wait for the .39. We picked up 3 and left 10 at Target South Bay Plaza in Boston.
Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
Found a Krusty Krab Adventures for $12.48 this morning. It was clearly a return, though - there were little marks where a gift receipt had been taped to the box.
Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
Went on everyone's word here to my local Target and the TS Army Man was ringing up .39 and so was the Friends Valentine Polybag. I picked up everything I saw (which wasn't much). So... valentine polys are 90% off.
The DPCI for Army man is 204-00-0484 so you can check before you go. 086-02-0064 for Friends valentine poly.

How do you check with DPCI?
Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
http://sites.target.com/site/en/spot/mo ... 04-00-0484" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Just copy and paste the entire link into your address bar. I think it will ask you for your zip code and then it will tell you if a Target has Army Men set in your area. Just delete and paste another DPCI number onto the end of the link to find another lego set you might want. (example-delete 204-00-484 and type 086-02-0064 for Friends polybag availability.
Hope this helps,
Jared

I don't believe this is accurate. The store near me had 30 in stock (that I got for .39 ea) and the web page showed out of stock.legogod wrote:http://sites.target.com/site/en/spot/mo ... 04-00-0484

Re: [USA] Target January 2012 Clearance Finds
I don't know what to tell you. Sometimes inventory is wrong and the numbers go into the negative and show out of stock especially with the tiny polybags. I wouldn't rely solely on the DPCI checker. You did a good thing to check on your own. To test accuracy, you should copy down a few numbers when in the Lego aisle next time and when you get home see if they're in the "system."
If someone knows of another link to check numbers that is better, perhaps they can post it here.
Good night.
