As far as returning in store items that were bought online, do you just need the slip that came in the package? I've never done this but I believe I am going to with the Skiff. I bought one on Sunday when the deal with Maul started, but before the price drop. So, now that the price has dropped I got another one for the lower price and I am seriously considering returning the higher priced one. Any advice or anything I should be aware of before I try?

I just went over to the TRU web page and it looks like the polybag shirtless Darth Maul minifig deal is now only good on the larger SW sets that are $199.00 and up.
On most other SW sets and other sets you'll get a free Lego Ninjago 16" Backpack
