What sets are so good you've paid full price to get?

I bought BrickBeard's Bounty (6243) this year for full price. I saw it at a little mom and pop toy store for $119 and told my daughter that no way could we pay that much. After doing some research on it and realizing how 'old' the pirates line was I wanted to go back to that store and buy it right away. They were closed! I am not kidding when I say that I had never wanted a set as much in my life as that set, right then. After some more digging I found it at a reasonable price online (at a pirate store, not a toy store!) and I bought it for full price plus shipping.

It is by far my favorite set, and my daughter plays with the pirates more than any other MF's. The Lego shark, monkey, rat and mermaid are great pieces to have so I am more than happy with my purchase. I wonder if the mom and pop store still has one? I would be afraid to find out, I don't think I could resist another.
