Target Easter Clearance 2015

Went in for the Polybag clearance, found three Heartlake juice bars for $14.99 each...woot!

The one store that had a few, I found two trash carts by the register. But, friends set was in the Easter section.

Got a sealed case of 30 Trash Trucks at a local that still had them in the back. Just checked the dpci tracker http://brickseek.com/target-inventory-checker and it showed they had 30 available. They were happy to go get them for me and get rid of them. city 204000251 friends 086023260 just type in your zip and these numbers and get ready to rumble

Just checked numbers again, went from having a couple hundred between the stores around here to about 20...Guess I'll try the store down the street with 9 and just call it good. Store by home had 40 just the other day when I went, didn't think it would be hiding in the back so I didn't ask oh well.

Most stores marked these down to 35 cents today! I was able to find few more at another store at this price!

I just checked a store nearby showing 68 garbage truck polys (at $.35!) on hand. Employee searched. Went to the back. Came back and said he found nothing. Soooo disappointing!

The target I went to had 1 in stock according to the scanner, I searched high and low and was about to leave when I noticed at the bottom of the rack near the register some lego polybags. Lucky me, I found the last truck for $0.34!!!

Got these with my Nephew yesterday, the Friends were .39 cents and the city were .34 cents.
Total: $6.62 plus tax

I'm so annoyed. I tried another Target (using that brickseek tool) and it said they had 15-16 of them. Couldn't find them anywhere and even asked an employee and said that all the Easter clearance stuff is out on the floor already. Couple days later, I check that brickseek tool...and somehow the quantity dropped to the 8-9 range! So someone found them! What really REALLY gets me is that there is a store with 30 in stock. (FULL BOX!) But when my wife and I have gone there, on different occasions, they said it's all out on the floor...AHHHH!

I believe today (Sunday) is the last day before they salvage on Monday. Get em while you can before they are sent into Target oblivion.

I managed to find 5 of the City Garbage Carts for 34 cents each. I am definitely having a harder time finding them for 90% off than in the past. Either they are not ordering as many or more people are buying them up before the final discount. You may miss out if you pass on 70%.

Also, does anyone know what is up with some of the other Easter toys going on clearance? I keep finding things like Yu-gi-oh cards, GotG dog tags, Transformers stuff, etc. etc. that are in the Easter clearance boxes with discount signs, but ring up at full price. When I tell the employees that they are not being discounted they say they are not Easter toys and act like I put them there myself. This stuff is in every stores Easter section that I've seen so I know that they are supposed to be there.

I noticed that myself. I have no idea why they are full price and how they disappear. Are some people just buying stuff assuming it's discounted when it isn't?

I have learned over the past few Holidays to scan everything as this seems to be the case with Target now. I remember a few years back when they did this with the polybags. They didn't discount them and just moved them to the front. Luckily they started them back on the discount schedule. I too noticed it with the Transformer stuff this year.

I have some to return that I bought at $1.99....any chance they will go back on the floor if I return on Monday?

Take a snapshot of the bar code on your phone and scan it. If the item still rings up there's a chance.

I usually have no personal issue with returning something I bought at 70% or 50% off if I end up getting it cheaper but I try to avoid doing that with things I know are out of the system. That's my own personal preference.
