legit? epicfangear Revan offer?

Post by StClair » Mon Oct 19, 2015 7:57 pm

VERY SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THIS OFFER.

More than once I've been led to this site by a site on social media.

Any clue if its legit? I often tell myself it something is too good to be true it probably isn't... still though I'm curious.

Be cautious with the link... I don't know if its safe or legit http://epicfangear.com/products/limited ... arth-revan

The link offers a free LEGO Revan minifigure? It was on my facebook feed. I'm guessing that its a phishing scam.

Here's a screenshot of what happened when I went to the above link

As I get older I realize the old adage, "if it's too good to be true than it is" applies more and more. Also "If you get a whiff of sh*t, then there's sh*t in the room" applies here as well.

Of course it's a scam. I saw a UCS sandcrawler...with free shipping for 99 cents 2 days ago, limit 5...seriously. It seems to be going around a lot lately.

Exactly. Most of the time i just scroll on past things that are scams but this one caught my eye... and I wanted it to be legit I guess?

I'm constantly seeing them now in my facebook feed. The last one that I saw was a Vader minifig
