Rebels TIE Prototype Polybag at Target

Title says it all. The small Rebels TIE Prototype Polybag is available at the register at Target for $4.29 US (indicating the polybag price creep--I can remember when polys were $1.00, grumble grumble).

This is actually pretty disappointing given that it came out months ago at TRU and can still be found there. I was hoping they'd get the First Order TIE poly, or that A-Wing which was supposed to come out this year and seems to have only shown up in the Netherlands.
