Can anyone tell me if the the Airjitzu Rotor could be be
fitted with a Technic axle or powered by a Technic 8 tooth gear?

The geared base is a unique piece that clicks into the rotor. Bottom of rotor has a round hole, not slotted for technic axle. It might be possible to wedge a couple round pieces with axle hole to hold a technic axle in place.

I found a way - and maybe an application to re-use the rotor.
When I get a prototype moc ready - I will post a photo and a video of it1 :-)
