[MOC] Mini Dojo

After an unlucky string of getting Karate Master figurines from my Series 2 bags (I have 6 or 7 of them) the logical thing to do was to build a scene for a gym like/dojo place.

My scene features a sparring match between an outsider from this dojo who looks oddly like Bruce Lee.



The students of this dojo watch on with confidence as their chosen fighter goes against this challenger.



But this fighter is not so confident that he can defeat this opponent.



Of course not everyone is so interested in the fight, more intent on breaking boards for fun.



All the while some cannot tear their eyes away from the duel.

HAHA, sweet little vignette! I would vary the heads, though, they all look the same even though the hair is different.

Also, if you used a 1x1 brick w/stud on the side (not a headlight brick, with the offset, but the full brick w/stud) and used a 1x1 tile with clip on top, you could vary the angle of the swords making them both arch the same way - right now they're both pointing downwards because of the arch of the sword - using the brick and clip you could rotate them to a parallel position.

And I see I'm not the only one with a lot of Karate Master CMFs. Very nice, I saw this on the Lego Flickr group earlier today.

Yeah, LEGO sent me quite a few of them and I misread a bar code or two wrong. There's no complaints here though. You work with what you have. I've got a lot Karate minifigures so I should do something with them :D

I have something along the lines of 16 or 18 minifigure statues. I was thinking about doing an Academy Awards type scene with them, using the figures as little Oscars.
