A suprised release, these pirates chess sets have been spotted at various LEGO stores in the USA.


Each pirates chess set comes with 24 minifigures including the governor's daughter.

Unfortunately he minifigures are the lower quality type, but if you don't mind that, it's an excellent way to get lots of pirate & imperal minifigs. I suppose the reason for the low quality is because it's a chess set, and the figures are not meant to be mixed in with the rest of your collection.

I'm quite disappointed if the LEGO minifigures are the lower quality type. Was hoping for regular LEGO minifigures.
