These look awesome. The "App Brick included" call-out is intriguing. In particular, the helmet on the agent in the UltraCopter set is really cool.

Meh... They do look like a lot of fun for young builders with play possibilities. I liked the villains (or the parts for the villains) better in wave 1. I do really like the villain with the helicopter that is very much like Ronan from Guardians of the Galaxy

Antimatter seems like a cross between Emperor Palpatine Ronan the accuser and Doctor Doom. Looks good though. I was a bit put off by the wave 1 villains. These seem a bit less outlandish. I'm a little confused about the Spyclops character. One of the Agents villains was also called Spyclops and had cyborg spider legs. Yet this Ultra Agents theme seems to be set much further in the future. Is Ultra Agents a reboot then? Or set in a different universe? Hmmm.....
The helicopter dudes helmet is great. A better use of trans light blue than all the armour and body parts Lego keep shoving on minifigs. The transparent armour gimmick needs to end.
I love the helicopter. I like all the Ultra Agent vehicles in fact. Not really sold on the villain contraptions though I quite like the little thing Invizable rides. This theme needs an Agents HQ building though. Or a decent villains lair. Something structural. Agents had the volcano base of Doctor Inferno and while not particularly well designed and rather small it did give the missions based sets something to aim at. Ultra agents seems a bit lost and all over place without a solid goal. and the missions in each set are fairly lame. It's all geared up to the online app adventures and while that's a neat thing to have it shouldn't be the main thrust of selling sets. That should always be the brick built elements.
