I love the minfigure flame wings and the flame parts for Flinx's Ultimate Phoenix. I think they will be great for MOCs. I am sure that there are other great parts in those sets. Chima has done a good job of creating and staying true to a theme.

Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my!
Wait, let me edit in a real comment.
Love the tiger command vehicle and Tormak's shadow blazer. Orange and black witll always get a thumbs up from me. The minifig prints seem a lot sharper than previous waves. Shame the ultimate phoenix relies so heavily on the massive flame pieces. There's little to it otherwise and it's hardly ultimate in execution.
I don't like the ice side of the theme. I find all the bad guy sets fairly ugly and a bit too randomly thrown together.
Excellent idea to put out tribe minifig sets. About time too. Hope it continues.
Lioness warriors. Wondered when they'd get it right. Lions aren't exactly known for their active lifestyles. Lionesses are the true heroes in any pride. Up da feminism lol.

I love the idea of battle packs, how they aren't overpriced.

I like the logos on the standards in the battle packs.

Oh, I just spotted something odd. I've missed a fair bit of the Chima show so I don't know where we are with that. But in the released set 70146: Flying Phoenix Fire Temple, The orange Tiger is Tormak. Yet in set 70222: Tormak's Shadow Blazer, Tormak is suddenly a black Panther. HUH?????
Anyone know what's the deal with that?
EDIT: Just read the episode synopsis' at Wikipedia. Now I understand. Weird, but I understand.
