It's a beautiful building, on the national historic registry, and it's got a bunch of awesome "themed" room for countries around the world.
I did this for a contest and then made some modifications afterward. I showed it around the city at different displays my LUG was doing, and so many people asked for the instructions to build their own. A few people prompted me to put it on cuusoo, so I did. http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/43478
The university of pittsburgh sent the link out of facebook and twiiter, and then the mayor of pittsburgh did too. It was a lot of fun seeing the link go around, but I know it's going to take more than pittsburgh to get this seen by LEGO.
Let me know what you think about the model. I might put a peregrine falcon nest on it, or even build a gorilla hanging from the top or something fun like that if it does get some interest.
