HELP!!

Every time i go to post a pic of something it says "file is invalid", and if i do manage to get one ready, when i try to submit my post its comes up saying "file invalid". is it a bug in the forum or my computer? thanks or any help!

Yeah I saw the post, I didn't realise there was one until dr_spock said so though.
