2014 City sets available in the US?

They're from Texas, but I wonder which store. Some may think it's Kmart since the have the SUV online, but I ordered it for store pickup on Friday and it was one of those stupid situations where they just listed it but it was actually an older set, in this case the Tanker Truck set from this year. So Kmart doesn't have these.

Then I thought Five Below, but there's none of 'em in Texas. Maybe Toys"R"Us?

Where could this be from? Have any of y'all seen 'em?

Some of the sets are listed on the TRU website but they are store pick-up only.
