Hello from KY (US)

Post by StClair » Thu Jul 25, 2013 9:38 am

Hi everyone. I'm in my 30's. Loved LEGO as a child (Space and Castle.. Castle was my favorite... love building structures). I have a 10year old son. He gave me the excuse to start buying LEGO again :) I love collectible minifigures, Castle, LOTR, DC superhero, Monster Fighters, Creator and Star Wars. I do like TMNT but I've made myself resist the urge to buy more than 5 figures. There are other great themes and sets but I have to limit myself with all of the great selections out there. Mostly I collect minifigures that interest me and LEGO bricks and elements to build MOCs. My latest buy that I throughly loved was the Monster Fighter Vampyre Hearse. Its a great looking car. I've joined to help keep updated on sales and promotions, to help pass on info to others when I find it and to mingle with others that love LEGO

My blog is here : http://cavortblock.blogspot.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I also buy LEGO sets and sell parts and figures on ebay to get the figures and parts that I need. I make very little profit but it helps to support the hobby.

Had some auctions end on ebay moments ago... Doctor Doom sold for a measly 6.50. I only sold him because I needed to reduce my collection AND thought he would bring over $10. Crestfallen but then again I've been on the other side and snatched up some deals with ebay auctions so I guess its not so bad.
