I'm actually really happy that the mini-figs are in their Part 1 costumes. Part 3 was my least favorite. It makes sense to allow the builder to make the different versions of the car. The A frame top is the only disappointment since this scale conversion shows that 45 degree angle is too inverted. That is fixable, I think.

The minifigs seal the deal for me. I don't like the new hood like other are complaining, but I can deal with it. I believe it's probably due to the fact that 2 of the models have something sticking on the hood. The uglier hood allows flexibility to use for all 3 models.

This set really requires an UCS scale to it, a bridge model between technic and bttf with lights and the motorized doors now that is my dream, this is moreover a filler model with so much left to desire..... Come on TLG you can do better than this? 3 interchangeable models and 2 mini figures that's it ???
