Noticed the promo this past January Ewar’s Acro-Fighter polybag is available for purchase for $4.99 at my local lego store.

I can also say that yes this was available at the local TLG store as of yesterday, Sunday, May 5, 2013

My Lego store also had February's City Police Helicopter 30222 along side Ewar's Acro-Fighter.
