Which is the best modular

Now that we have a good few choices I think we should raise the question on various criteria's which modular ranks the best?
green grocer
Corner cafe
Pet shop
Town hall
Shopping centre
Palace cinema
Fire station
And the haunted house
What does everybody feel about these

My favorite is Grand Emporium as a true Modular.

Haunted House is favorite add-on to the Modulars.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

Man, this is a tough decision. You are now asking "Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, or Pagani, which is better?".

Afterall, I liked all of them. ;-)
