Red Valentine Minifig Keychain?

Post by melsig » Wed Feb 06, 2013 9:57 am

So, just out of curiosity, have any VIP members received the red minifig promo keychain yet? (as reported on the front page of Brickset.com) i'm really hoping we receive one...

Based on the article, my chances of getting one for free are pretty slim. Hopefully I'll be able to buy one at some point though.

If it weren't for the fact that we received a VIP invitation to the store event before Thanksgiving, I wouldn't be anticipating it myself. But since we clearly were one of the top spenders in our store area last year (something I very carefully didn't tell my husband!), I'm hoping we will actually get one. I guess we'll see...

I received mine today. So, I would say the $500 total purchases (online and B&M) with your VIP card is correct. I didn't spend much more than $500 directly at LEGO.

One was waiting for me when I came home today. Best Valentine I've ever received! :)

I got one today also. I thought two things -

1. What a pleasant surprise and

2. Man, I must be spending way too much on Lego ;)

Only spent around $350 at LEGO stores in 2012, so my chances are slim. Even if I spent over $500, who knows if they are sending these out to Canadians. lol

We got one! I had a feeling it was because we spent so much. LOL

Yea, no <3 for the Florida AFOLs...
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

It's late, but Lego appears to be sending these out to Canadians since I got mine today

There is hope left for me. I spent much more and made more frequent purchases than my friend and he got one last week. I haven't gotten one.

OMG. I opened my mail box today, and found this precious gift. This was my "only" Valentine gift on 2013.

Shopping for toys over 30 yrs, I never received any gift from toy manafactures or stores for celebrating events. It is true that it was just a keychain; however, it showed how well TLG care about their customers and community. It was a touch base to people heart. There was always a reason/factor that caused a business success.

P.S. I WILL NOT sell my Keychain or Lego store grand opening set.
