some stores such as Walmart and Fred Meyers in my area price match, so if you can find a printed flyer in your local paper take it to the stores customer service and ask for price matching.

Walmart will only price match if the specific price is there, not BOGO :(

Uruk-Hai armies are 22.49 and the BOGO discount applies in cart, but when I go to checkout, it reverts to full price.

They have a number of sets for BOGO in store. Some are reduced as well. Not sure if it's possible to pay Sale price and still get BOGO. The price cards say you must buy at regular price but when I got some stuff last night my receipt seemed to indicate otherwise.

Going to go back and check in a wee bit.

FWIW Kmart is also doing a promotion currently that you'll get a $10 rewards card with a $50 purchase.

My local Kmart (Tucson, AZ) has the BOBO50 still going in store. Most of the smaller sets are cleaned out, but I was surprised to see a few Ghost Trains, still marked BOGO50 (from last week sale - Doesn't look like this set is included in the 16/17).

With the $5 off $45 this would of been slightly better than Amazon's current 20% off sale on the Hobbit sets since Amazon does not charge sales taxes. Without the 5 off it's slightly worse.

For me, the taxes come out to be right around 6% so the K-Mart BOGO 50% off is basically 25% off while Amazon is 26% off (no sales taxes).

In my local store (Frederick, MD 21701) they had the Hobbit the gathering and the Goblin kin sets for 25% off msrp. I picked up the gathering set for $53 and got the $10 in rewards. Its only usable between 12/26-12/29, but I figure that there will be some kind of post x-mas sale.
