In the new series, do they not have the TurtleVan?
I knew better to not expect any 1987 design. Krang looks really bad. I don't even know this Dogpound. Does Rocksteady and Bebop exist in the new line? The foot soldier is nothing special. (Rather use Ninjago or classic Ninja characters.)

The turtles look decent and I still want those minifigures, but overall this set is a disaster.

An ultimate set would be the 1987 TurtleVan with all 4 turtles + Rocksteady and Bebop with guns.

I have to agree. The turtles look good. The vans are butt ugly. I'll be waiting for the clearance sale.

Besides the minifigs the only thing I like about this set is the olive green pieces.

I love it. The new turtle van looks horrible, but buying this set would be easy to reconfigure into the original, most the pieces are there cept another set of decent tires.

Okay, on second look, I think I can create an original TurtleVan out of this set. (I actually think the bad guy's tires will do just fine.) It's going to be smaller than expected, but 4 turtles will fit.

This will be a good LEGO challenge. I like making MOCs limited to an existing set (or sets). I wish it was a more popular trend.

That's how I mainly do my MOCs too... limited to a single set (although I allow myself multiple copies of the set).

The pizza truck reminds me of the one from the 6350 Pizza To Go set.

In defense of the turtle van/tank thing, It looks like that in the show these minifigs are based off of.

Im with everyone else in wanting sets based on the 80s cartoon but this isn't it. I will definitely get the minifigs of the 4 turtles and shredder but I dont know that I would care about much else from this series.
