Finally scored a Black Pearl for $69.00 here in PA! Used the Walmart app to find a store that had them "instock" but didn't find any in the Lego isle or Clearance section. I looked up the UPC online and found Dave, my new Walmart hero!! He looked up the number in their inventory and saw that they had some in the back and a few minutes later, the Pearl was mine!!

I was in the Fremont, CA Walmart on Osgood and they were bringing carts full of goodies for clearance.

I spotted a Harry Potter bus for 25$ in the normal clearance, and a SW 3-pack for $65, normally $90.

Finally, I found a Series 7 which rang up for 1$. I looked around but couldn't find anymore, maybe someone will get luckier than I.

Wow! That's an incredible deal! I found one for 70 dollars, but passed. I think my friend picked it later in the day.

What location was that?! The Walmarts in RI never have great deals like that.

Sorry, I tried to note it down, but 4G failed me and I lost my notes so had to go from memory.

Good question. People always tend to do that, posting about great deal found but never say where, making the post to be bit more of bragging than sharing (and yes, i do realize there is some sense of jealousy in my post as well, but i am not)

Too many times I've had stores dry up on me after someone posted a location. I would rather not make it easy for the resellers in my area. I posted my find to let others know that another large set has been put on clearance at a Walmart.

Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

my walmart (in nj) had a 50% off red tag clearance sale. nothing too interesting except it tagged a batcave set and the batmobile set with a red tag. i cleared out the new, mint boxes of batcave sets and batmobile sets. tried looking for any red tagged avengers but couldn't find any. :( i saw a few during summer but they must have been sold.

Woodland, CA yesterday found 8-9 Geonosian Starfighter sets for $10.50, 1 Darth Mauls Sith Infiltrator for $24.50, and several Kreo atransformer sets about 75% off. I bought the infiltrator and 4 starfighters and a coulpe kreo, left 4-5 starfighters and a few diff kreo sets.

Definitely some crazy clearances going on. There is no rhyme or reason.

yep. After seeing that all the walmarts here had finished their after clearance resets, I went back to the one I had found the $25 Quinjet Battle at and found three more still at the same $25 price! They only had the one before, so they must have found some more in back and missed the price adjustment back to msrp. Needless to say, I snapped all three up. I also found a $7 Geonosian Starfighter at another earlier that week during the final clearance pricing, literally as they were changing the prices on them. I have yet to find any clear or definitive pattern to the timing or price changes at any of the four Walmarts here though, other than the summer and winter clearances. Last year, both supers had the best clearance prices, this year, it seems to be the smaller ones. Did figure out roughly when during the week they seem to do their price changing though.

Stopped in 2 Wal-Marts today& bought Batcave $35, Creationary $10, Frog Rush $11, Heroica Fortraan $15 & Imperial V Wing Starfighter $6. It's all they had. I already had those three games, but I thought they might come in handy as gifts.
