Urak-hai Polybag 30211?

I see a bunch of these are on ebay now (the largest lot when I checked was being sold from texas). It's not on amazon yet.

I know I had read a date about them being released for some promotion in Europe:

October 6th to October 13th. Just redeem the coupon from the paper at a participating retailer. The bag sets are: 30211 Uruk-hai with Ballista...

That's a ways off and I haven't heard anything but there are 9 for sale on ebay so I was wondering if anyone has seen these anywhere yet?

They were/are available at Lego Discovery Centers and Legoland.
