I still see them both:

but they are both out-of-stock. Likely both will be unavailable 'for good' soon, but not yet.

If you run a general Lego search like this, they no longer show up. Also, when I do a search for either piece, the no longer show up.

I just did a general search on Lego and it came up. All Sold out but did come up.

well fire brigade should being discontinued if the past schedule is correct in December, like green grocer was last year. Grand emporium should be out for another year but if the rumors are true that a new modular Town Hall coming out in early 2012 then the past schedule could no longer be active and they may be discontinuing both. we'll have to wait and see.

Imperial Flagship 10210 is gone as well, and I know it was there earlier in the week because I was thinking of purchasing it. I think TRU is getting ready for a 30% off sale (see the Sales & Deals forum) and so perhaps TRU is hiding its higher priced items from the sale?

They're back! I think TRU was doing some work on their website as these sets are back, along with new sets like the Maersk train and Robie house.
