So i discovered Star Wars late and missed out on the UCS Falon 10179.
That thing is going for 1000 bucks on ebay.
I probably have allot of the pieces to get a jump on it but Im sure there are allot of unique pieces.
Anyone look into ordering the pieces separately to see what kind of price tag it comes to doing it this way?

Thanks for the info
100 bucks isnt bad
It looks like a good build
I think I will start this project.
Any recommend a good place with a wide selection of bricks?

I assume you've heard of brinklink. If not, here's the link.
http://www.bricklink.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
If you create an account at this site: http://www.peeron.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and add all the sets you own, you can have it tell you what parts you have, and if they are in the right colour or not.
Remember, I have a fairly large collection, and even with making some colour substitutions and taking apart sets that I loved, I still had to buy a lot. Good luck. The entire process took me over 6 months.
