How hot is it where you are?

Post by atmail35 » Fri Jul 22, 2011 12:58 pm

The outside temp here is about 104, according to my car thermometer (around noon)!

What's the temp in your city/town?

It felt like 118 yesterday (about 50 celcius) but that was due to the humidex. Today is a more reasonable 35 celcius.

The weather is pretty nice here. Its 19C (66F) and theres some sunshine in Vancouver right now.

We're having a moderate summer with temperatures not too hot or cold, yet there's still sunshine. Its perfect weather in my opinion. :)

... and according to the Winter Olympics, it's not too wintery during the winter there, either - didn't they have trouble keeping the mountain covered in snow?

It's pretty beastly in the NY metro region. It was in the 100's today apparently, but we finally gave in and put our A/C's in so we didn't feel it so much.

Ya they had trouble keeping the mountain with snow. We don't get a super cold winter, but we do get snow sometimes!

Wow, it seems like every part of the world is having a pretty hot summer. We rarely get 100F (38C) so there's almost no need for air conditioning.

Here in Connecticut-hot and humid. I didn't check the temperature myself but my daughter told me she went by a bank and it read 96 degrees. The humidity just makes it worse. Step outside and instant sweat all over. Doesn't help that I work on a loading dock with no a/c.

It's supposed to be just as bad coming up. I'd like some rain...

Reading this topic makes me think that the 90F weather we've been having isn't so bad. ;)

It's overcast today, and it seems to have cooled down here a bit. Upstairs thermostat is reading 81, and it's not in any of the A/C areas.

Today it's about 91/92....10 degrees cooler than yesterday! Tomorrow it's only supposed to be in the 80s, which would be heavenly.

My favorite weather is mid to high 70s and no humidity ;)
