[CAN] Walmart Clearance Sale?

I was at the Walmart location here in Richmond Hill, Ontario (Highway 7 and Bayview store.) over the weekend and was in the LEGO section with my son and saw that the Boba Fett Slave ship was on clearance for $82.00. (Reg. $109.00) They had a few other LEGO set/items on clearance as well but this was by far the jewel of the group.

I haven't been able to goto another Walmart yet to see if the other stores are also selling it for that cheap but just a heads up to anyone in the Toronto area that wants to add that ship to their collection or give it as a gift. As of this past week, the Walmart store there had marked it down on clearance for $82.00. Cheers!

Walmarts do clearances on a store by store basis. So, the price you found may not be at any other store. I've seen Walmarts in the same city where one has items on clearance, and the other is still selling at full price. The most memorable example was when the one Walmart had Construct a Zurg on for $5 and the other Walmart still at full price.

Though I do wanna say it seems they have clearance at around the same times, but the sets that are available in different locations are all different. Same goes for the price. I saw Construct-A-Zurg on clearance at around the same time at multiple locations but the price it was selling for was all different. One location had it for $15, another for $20, one other for $25.

I'll take a look around at my local Walmart when I'm done work tonight.

Slave I is $82.00 at my Wal-Mart, as well (Parkland Mall, Red Deer, AB), but still overpriced.
