FS: 2x Sealed 7097 Troll's Dark Fortress

I have two copies of 7097 that I'd like to get rid of. I paid $70.68 (plus tax) for them after Christmas at Target, and I'm basically willing to let them go for the price I paid. I know they are worth more on Bricklink but I'd rather give someone here who is NOT a reseller a chance to enjoy them before going the secondary market route.

The boxes are in decent shape, they just have the Target clearance sticker on them still and are sealed.

There is a catch... I won't ship them. You'd have to pick up in Manhattan. Sorry if this is inconvenient, but its the price of me basically giving them away for 25% less than market value.
