Forum Search Function and Site Files

Couple of site updates/upgrades that I've finished working on.

1) For the forums search function, you should not encounter the "too common words" problem anymore. I know this has been an ongoing problem that frustrated quite a few people, so I'm glad that this has been fixed.

2) The site files for Toysnbricks.com has changed and is no longer located at "home". Therefore, you may see dead links or pictures on our site and forums for older posts and topics. If you see them, feel free to report the issue to me or one of the staff moderators and we'll fix it. Most links and pictures can be accessed by simply removing "home" in the html address.

3) Off-topic forum is now open. Thanks to vynsane for the tip/idea.

Thank you for fixing the search function, I had stopped using it a long time ago when I learned that 9 out of 10 words were too common. Now I can find those long lost topics.

I forgot to mention, but I also took 2 questions out for the forum registration because I've been receiving complaints that its too long. The minimum number of characters required for responses have also been reduced from 20 to 15 characters.
