FedEx's New Hold at Location Option
Just clicked on my Lego order tracking number and something caught my eye on the FedEx site...This very well could be a boon to companies like Lego and bad news for your bank account. No more leaving work early, just so you can be there in time to intercept that ridiculously expensive Lego kit before the Mrs. does. Never more will you have to deal with the wrath of the Mrs. every time a new Lego kit shows up on the doorstep. Now you can order that Death Star set and have it held (even midway through the shipment) at your local FedEx location.

This will be good for when LEGO decides to hand off my freaking LEGO to the US Postal Service rather than just freaking delivering it from their warehouse by my house.

Playing with LEGO when I can. Where does the time go?

Their shipping is ridiculous. It gets sent to a spot 2 hours from my house, then they ship it 6 hours away to another state. after that it comes allll the way back. I wouldn't mind except it takes about 4 days for the extra loop.legitimatealex wrote:This will be good for when LEGO decides to hand off my freaking LEGO to the US Postal Service rather than just freaking delivering it from their warehouse by my house.
