Yeah, there seemed to only be a few days of "normal" pricing before the change. I did manage to get 2 fire brigades on this sale. I was hoping to get the grand emporium but was never in stock when I checked. Ditto on the imperial flagship :(

I just received my Fire Brigade sets. Now I know why I haven't been ordering any Lego's over the interent. Packaging sucks! They shipped each set in a seperate box big enough to 3 sets. Added some of those air cushions and let them go. what little tape they used was not doing the job. Box was open but everything was there. Lego box were all damaged. If my TRU store had any of these sets I would exchange it, but they don't seem to carry any of these modular sets.

I agree, all my boxes were damaged, some pretty severe.

That sounds terrible. My packaging was similar (large box, lots of air cushions and 1 brigade for each box). However, mine arrived perfect. They certainly didn't have much tape on them but everything was intact. No damage to the boxes either.

I received my 2 Grand Emporium an hour ago.
Very disappointed!
Packaging is far below standard.
Soft box, can't hold whatever it is on the top.
Crease, crush, damage on the LEGO box.
The result of free shipping, probably.

I don't even know who to blame more, UPS or TRU for the truly awful ship job. People take no pride in their jobs, thin piece of tape that didnt hold on, a few measley air bubbles and a gaping hole in the side of the shipping box . It wasnt even torn open by something sharp, the box was crushed so badly that the cardbaord failed and split.
